Paschimottanasana:- Paschimottanasana is also referred to as (Seated
forward band pose) This is one of the most effective pose for back, hands and
legs, people who is suffering from the back problem this pose will be
beneficial for them this pose should be practiced early in the morning,
and at the time to do this pose your stomach should be empty.
Paschimottanasana is made up of two words - 'west' means back and
'uttaan' means stretching. During this asana, the back of the body is stretched
along the spine, due to which it has been named Paschimottanasana. It is a very
