Vakrasana is an important posture in sitting postures. Vakarasana derives from the word 'curve' which means serpentine. In this posture, the spine is curved or bent, hence it is named Vakrasana. This asana increases the activation of the spine, protects you from diabetes, plays a very important role in depression, etc.



How to do Vakrasana Yoga? वक्रासन योग कैसे करें ?



Now it comes to know how to do this posture properly. Here are told the simple ways of doing it, which you can easily do it at your home by understanding it well.

·        You spread your legs and sit on the ground.
·        Be careful not to be separated between the two legs.
·        Bend the left leg with the knee and lift it and place it next to the right knee.
·        Keep the spine straight and while exhaling, bend the waist to the left.
·        Now pull the knee towards the left leg with the pressure of the elbow towards you.
·        You pull the leg towards you in such a way that the stomach is pressed. Maintain Yogasana according to yourself.
·        Exhale and come to an initial state.
·        Repeat the same action from the other side.
·        It was a cycle.

·        In this way you do 3 to 5 cycles.

Spread the legs towards the front and sit on a yoga mat or ground, the spine should be straight.

Fold the right knee and place it on the sister's thigh, making sure that the heel is near the abdomen and the soles of the feet are upwards.

Now repeat the same thing with your second leg.

Bend both legs, feet on opposite thighs, keep hands on the knees in the posture position.

The head should be straight and the spine should be straight.
